The journal

A guide, grouped. Start with what the word peptide means, including collagen powder and a face cream, then what one research vial is. Tirz, reta, sema, and the other names people type. Not a lecture. Not a protocol.

Start here

What the word means, why a powder and a cream are different products, and what one research vial is.

What is a peptide?

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids. Insulin is one. So is the ingredient in Ozempic. Here is the plain version, and what one research vial is.

What scientists mean by peptide

The genome institute says a peptide is usually 2 to 50 amino acids linked by peptide bonds. MedlinePlus explains GLP-1, the hormone behind the Ozempic class. A research vial is not that medicine.

Units are a ruler, not a dose

On a U-100 syringe, 100 units is 1 mL and 10 units is 0.1 mL. The mark does not know the milligrams. Here is the harm-reduction math.

Names on the shelf

One note for each name people type. The price is one vial. The biology is quoted from someone else.

One vial of sema

Sema is semaglutide. One 5mg research vial is $35, shipped free from the USA. Not the Ozempic or Wegovy pen.

Retatrutide is still not approved

Retatrutide is Lilly's unapproved investigational drug, with a planned FDA filing in early 2027 and a narrow access program opened in August 2026.

BPC-157, one 5mg vial

BPC-157 is the peptide people just call BPC. One 5mg research vial is $35, or two for $60. Shipped free from the USA.

TB-500, one 5mg vial

TB-500 is a research fragment of thymosin beta-4. One 5mg vial is $35, two for $60, shipped free from the USA.

GLOW and KLOW are blends

GLOW and KLOW are nicknames for blends in one vial, not single peptides. Papers here are about the parts.

Tesamorelin and Egrifta

Egrifta's label states its tesamorelin indication. A research vial on this shop is not that prescription product.

MOTS-c, in normal words

MOTS-c is a mitochondrial peptide studied in mice. It is not FDA-approved. Some clinics outside the US offer it. That is not a country approval, and it is not a dose from us.

Prices and the record

A pen, a compounded prescription, and a research vial. Prices and the public record. The Lilly injection-site note is about a prescribed pen only.

Brand, compound, and research are three prices

Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Ozempic prices next to compounded monthly prices and this shop's research-vial prices. Same names. Different products. The unit is written next to every dollar.

Brenipatide is the list. Eloralintide is the E.

Lilly is studying two different unapproved drugs. Brenipatide is the long-acting GIP/GLP-1 on the alcohol, smoking, and mood list. Eloralintide is the amylin agonist. This shop sells neither.

What other people wrote

Outlets, papers, Hollywood, and San Francisco. Quoted, with the link.

What CNN, Fox, and the other outlets wrote

Quotes from CNN, Scientific American, The Guardian, NPR, Fox News, The Verge, Reuters, and Johns Hopkins on Wolverine, GLOW, KLOW, BPC-157, TB-500, and the other names in this shop.

Sport

Gym talk, and what the anti-doping lists actually name.

Nobody has counted the bodybuilders

There is no census that 99 percent of bodybuilders use peptides. UCLA, Harvard, USADA, the WNBF, and NPC natural shows say what they actually checked.

Which peptides are banned where

The 2026 WADA list, the 2027 wording change, and the different clocks at the WNBF and NPC natural shows. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are monitored, not banned, by WADA.

Not a peptide note

Screening. It is not about a vial. It stays in the journal so it is not hidden.
