Why "0.1 mL" from a video is not a dose

Research vials. The label amount is milligrams, not a syringe volume.

You will see people online say they use 0.1 mL, or 10 units, like that number means the same thing everywhere. It doesn't.

A milliliter is a volume. It is how much liquid you pulled up. It is not how many milligrams are in that liquid.

The missing number is the concentration. Concentration is milligrams per milliliter. If one vial was mixed to 10 mg in 1 mL, then 0.1 mL holds 1 mg. If another vial was mixed to 10 mg in 2 mL, then 0.1 mL holds 0.5 mg. Same volume. Different amount. Copying the volume from a stranger copies the wrong thing.

That is why the videos are a bad source. The person on the video knows their own concentration, or they think they do. You cannot see it from "0.1 mL."

If a doctor or a compounding pharmacy gave you a medicine, the concentration is on their label, and the person who prescribed it is who you ask. If that medicine is a Lilly pen, use Lilly's instructions, not a comment section: lilly.com.

We sell research vials with a milligram number on them. The mix calculator will turn numbers you already have into a concentration. It will not invent a milligram, and it will not decide that a volume from a video is the right volume. The map of the numbers people mix up is five different numbers. The vial is for laboratory research. 21 and older. Not for people or animals.
